Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Strategic Asset Planner to review, develop and implement Strategic Asset Management Plans for their buildings and infrastructure. The manager will contribute to broader management initiatives and strategies including customer service, strategic planning and change management.

• Previous experience in Asset Management Processes, both Strategic and Operational
• Experience in Resource and Financial Management
• Understanding of Legislative requirements
• High level of Interpersonal skills and technical knowledge
• Sound knowledge of the Building Industry
• Experience in Staff Management
• Communicate and recognize business opportunities
• Provide accurate business reports to the company management
