Drake International are currently looking for a skilled Administrator who ideally has project experience.

Purpose:

Working within a consultancy working within the resources sector, providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Liaise with Recruitment agencies and manage advertising
  • Liaise with candidates, co-ordinate interviews, manage CV database

Administration:

  • General back-office facilities management
  • Assist with establishing and running all office policies and procedures
  • Coordinate all company travel requirements
  • Manage office supplies
  • Meet and greet any ATI visitor
  • Keep office tidy under clear desk policy
  • Coordinate OHS requirements across the group including statuary requirements.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Word – ability to design and set up detailed templates
  • Powerpoint – ability to produce dynamic presentations
  • Excel – must have advanced Excel skills including ability to design spreadsheets and extensive formatting skills.
